Dahlgren Capital in new AI initiative – accelerates digital growth in listed Wise Group with Zebrain

Dahlgren Capital is stepping up the pace in its active ownership and creating a strategic AI alliance within its portfolio.
It is now announced that the HR and recruitment group Wise Group (listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Small Cap) is integrating Zebrain’s AI-driven platform to activate, track, and measure the organization’s culture and leadership transformation in everyday work. The initiative will begin internally, with the ambition of later being rolled out as a joint, scalable offering to the market.
During the spring, Wise Group has worked to clarify the cultural behaviors that will support the company’s future development. Through Zebrain, Wise gains digital and AI-driven support to translate these priorities into concrete, personalized micro-behaviors, continuous activation, and measurable change in everyday work.
“This collaboration is a textbook example of how we want to work as active owners. By bringing together Wise Group’s deep HR expertise with Zebrain’s AI-driven activation platform, we not only create internal synergies, but also lay the foundation for a future joint offering to the market,” says Peter Dahlgren Founder & CEO of Dahlgren Capital.
The aim of the collaboration is to translate defined cultural behaviors into concrete change in the organization and to create a more scalable way of driving culture, leadership, and transformation over time.
“For us, culture is not about values on paper, but about the behaviors that actually take place in everyday work. With Zebrain, we have the opportunity to activate our culture journey in a more concrete, data-driven, and continuous way, while at the same time strengthening the digital dimension of our internal development work,” says Tobias Berglund, CEO of Wise Group.
Zebrain is a Swedish AI-driven platform that helps organizations translate strategic initiatives into personalized micro-behaviors, behavioral shifts, and measurable impact. The platform is based on coaching principles, behavioral science, and AI, making it possible to follow how goals, priorities, and leadership behaviors actually gain traction over time.
“Wise has a strong position in HR, recruitment, and organizational development. That is why it is particularly exciting to support their own culture journey – not as a traditional program, but as a way to activate behaviors continuously in the organization’s day-to-day work. We see this as an important first step in a collaboration where human expertise and technology can reinforce one another,” says Anna Bloth Karling, Founder and CEO of Zebrain.
The collaboration is being initiated internally within Wise and includes activation of defined cultural behaviors through the Zebrain platform. The ambition is to create real-time insights into what strengthens execution, where friction arises, and how behavioral change can be followed up and translated into actual effect over time.
Wise and Zebrain also see significant potential, over time, to explore how the combination of Wise’s expertise and Zebrain’s AI platform can create value for more organizations that want to move from strategy to actual behavioral change and concrete business impact
