Dahlgren Capital Becomes New Major Shareholder in SaaS Company Comintelli – Invests 4 Million SEK
Dahlgren Capital Private Equity has announced a strategic investment in Comintelli, a Stockholm-based SaaS company specializing in market and competitive intelligence. Through a directed share issue of 4 million SEK, Dahlgren Capital becomes a major shareholder with 10 percent of the company's shares.
Comintelli offers the Intelligence2day® platform, an AI-driven solution that helps businesses make data-driven decisions and stay ahead of competitors. The company has been listed on the Spotlight Stock Market since 2018 and serves global clients in knowledge-intensive industries.
"Comintelli is a profitable SaaS company where more than 90% of revenues are recurring with over 90% gross margin. The company has also increased its revenues in North America through acquisitions over the past year. We assess them as significantly undervalued compared to other similar companies in their industry. Therefore, we look forward to collaborating with Comintelli's team as active owners to increase value through organic growth and future add-on acquisitions", says Gustaf Karling, co-founder of Dahlgren Capital Private Equity.
"For us, it is important to bring in an owner who not only contributes new capital but also the strategic competence required to create growth going forward. With Dahlgren Capital Private Equity, we get an engaged, driven, and knowledgeable partner that allows us to focus together on scaling up and further growing our business", says Jesper Martell, CEO and founder of Comintelli.
The investment aligns with Dahlgren Capital Private Equity's strategy of investing in undervalued companies with strong growth potential. By combining financial resources with operational expertise, the firm aims to accelerate Comintelli's market expansion and value creation.
