Earlier in his career, he worked as economic policy adviser to the Swedish Prime Minister and deputy under-secretary of state at the Ministry of Finance. He has been awarded the King’s medal for “outstanding service as an economist”.

He was the CEO and owner of SEJW and has previously served as a financial adviser at AREIM. Jonas held key leadership roles at Nordea, including Head of FX Sales and Head of Financial Advisory at Nordea Markets. His earlier experience includes leading FX Option Sales at Handelsbanken and working in Institutional Sales at SEB.

Jonas specializes in bespoke investment solutions, focusing on asset management, holistic investment advice, and wealth management to help clients achieve their unique financial goals.

Hans Sterte is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in asset management and investment leadership. He has held prominent roles, including Head of Asset Management at Alecta and Skandia, and CIO at Länsförsäkringar AB. Earlier in his career, Hans held positions at Sweden's central bank (Riksbanken), the Ministry of Finance, Handelsbanken, and Erik Penser Fondkommission. Hans is also a Senior Partner in House of Reach where he joined January 2023.

Gustaf Karling is an experienced entrepreneur and digital innovator. He is the founder and chairman of Zebrain, Sweden's leading platform for online coaching. Gustaf also founded Figital Market Group, which supports local retail stores in becoming professional affiliates for online businesses, and co-founded Hubbster Group, a SaaS company specializing in strategy and culture activation.
In addition, Gustaf has held significant roles in the tech industry, including Vice President of DGC ONE and Managing Director of DGC Access and DGC Communications. He was also the founder and CEO of Everysport Media Group, one of Sweden’s fastest-growing media companies.

Mattias Lewrén brings deep expertise across the technology, telecommunications and media industries, after a distinguished 35-year career at Accenture. Where he held various leadership roles during the last two decades; including Managing Director of Cloud First Nordics, Country Managing Director Sweden, and Managing Director for Communications, Media & Technology Nordics. He also previously served as Global Managing Director for the Electronics & High Tech Industry Group based in Tokyo and as the Managing Director for the Communications, Media & Technology business in the UK and Ireland. Mattias’s career highlights his ability to successfully formulate and execute industry centric transformations across geographies to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.
Erik Sleipnes

Erik is a senior executive with over two decades of international multi-asset investment experience spanning private equity, private credit, public markets and real assets. Prior to joining Dahlgren Capital, he served as Senior Vice President at Fiera Capital based in Hong Kong. In this role, he managed the full lifecycle of credit investments and was a core founding member of an award-winning private credit fund. Earlier in his career, he began as an investment banker at Alfred Berg/ABN AMRO and Macquarie Capital, before moving into growth equity and venture capital at CapMan in Stockholm.

She also brings a strong foundation in savings and investments, giving her a broad understanding of financial markets, investment products and client needs.
