Dahlgren Capital new main owner of Zebrain
Dahlgren Capital, one of Sweden's leading investment companies, announces that it has become the new main owner of Zebrain, the leading digital coaching and learning platform in the Nordics.
Zebrain is the Nordic region's leading platform for employee and leadership development, based on AI and digital coaching. Through a combination of an AI-driven platform, highly certified coaches, and tailored digital coaching programs, Zebrain supports organizations to maximize their return on investments in skills development and leadership initiatives.
The company was founded in 2020 by, Anna Bloth Karling, Gustaf Karling, and Jessica Huge. Zebrain has developed a platform that effectively ensures desired behavioral changes in employee and leadership development programs, addressing a significant gap in the global market where only 12 percent of participants in such programs achieve the desired results.
Dahlgren Capital becomes the single largest owner in the company together with the founding trio, who will continue to play key roles in the company's development.
"During the last 12 months, we have taken a deep dive into really understanding and solving organizations' basic problems with non-occurring behavior transfer within skills development and leadership initiatives. After solid validation work and co-creation with several of our largest enterprise companies, we are confident that we have arrived. Bringing in a strong and active main owner like Dahlgren Capital, with a pronounced investment focus on AI and long-term value development, is the last piece of the puzzle to take Zebrain all the way," says Anna Bloth Karling, CEO and founder of Zebrain.
